This position provides continuous plant security for Gentex Corporation. RESPONSIBILITIES/ ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Patrol Rounds (Buildings and Parking Lots) - Issue Contractor/ Visitor Badges - Monitor Cameras - Monitor Parking Lots - Monitor Fire and Alarm Panels - Work unsupervised - Monitor employees entering/exiting building - Answer phones as needed when lobby is unattended - Schedule flexibility to support critical deadlines may be required - Shift structure typically 40% walking/standing and 60% sitting at a desk. LOCATION:Gentexs Carbondale facility is located in Northeastern Pennsylvania in Lackawanna County. Carbondale, PA is about twenty miles north of Scranton, PA, 50 miles south of Binghamton, NY, and about 125 miles from New York City and Philadelphia.
