The Marshes of Skidaway Island has an opening for a full time Security Guard. The schedule for the position is for night shift, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 5pm to 5am.
The Security Guard helps maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and guests. This may include verifying credentials of visitors, checking fire extinguishers and changing smoke detector batteries, even some light maintenance and resident assistance, such as assisting with electronic equipment or taking portable air conditioners to a home.
QUALIFICATIONS
* High School graduate or GED equivalent
* Current Driver's License issued in State of Georgia
* Must demonstrate moderate computer skills needed.
* High level of customer service orientation.
* At least one years' experience in a similar, active security position
* Prefer candidate with experience working in a healthcare environment
* Must be able to work in outdoor environment in various weather conditions and be around wildlife and pets.
* Will require Drug Screen and clean Background Investigation.
* CNA or EMS training a plus.
