Security Guard (Game Day)

The Security Guard position is responsible for providing game-day security services at Citizens Bank Park. This is customer facing position that requires a high level of customer service, while maintaining the safety and security of our ballpark for our guests. RESPONSIBILITIES - Enforcement of Citizens Bank Parks policies and procedures (i.e. Prohibited Items Guest List, Guest Code of Conduct, etc.). Provide excellent customer service to all guests that attend events. Participate in guest screening and conduct bag inspections if necessary. Monitor crowd in seating sections and queuing lines. Assist in ejections of unruly guests. Document all incidents and report them to your supervisor. REQUIREMENTS - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and have great attention to detail.
