Description & Requirements Come join our family at In-N-Out Burger! We have an excellent opportunity for a part-time Security Guard in our Lathrop, CA office and warehouse. The Security Guard will help maintain the safety and security of the In-N-Out Burger complex in Lathrop. General ResponsibilitiesMaintain the safety and security of the Lathrop warehouse facility and grounds Understand all aspects of guard monitoring, such as operating the front gates, foot patrols, monitoring the cameras, understanding the alarm system and emergency procedures Possess good judgment to handle day to day operations Screen and log all individuals entering and exiting the complex Serve as a receptionist for all visitors coming to the facility Misc. warehouse duties as needed (packing, sorting, cleaning) Work Schedule + Benefits
- Pay Range: $21.36 to $23.00
- The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.
- Part-Time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
- Work hours/shifts are:
- Graveyard: Sunday and Monday (plus 1 Wed. a month) 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
- Swing: Saturdays 1:45pm to 10:15pm
- Weekend and holiday availability required/ Not a set schedule; availability must be flexible
Job Requirements: Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous security guard experience preferred, but not required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- Exhibit excellent customer service and hospitality skills - the Security Guard greets everyone who enters the front gate, and will be responsible for welcoming our guests and visitors with the kindness and friendliness befitting of In-N-Out Burger
- Possess strong communication skills
- Must be reliable and able to work without constant direct supervision
- Perform all duties with pride, works well independently, as well as in an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation
