We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to join our team in Southern California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and personnel while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and handle any security breaches.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.
- Conduct thorough inspections of premises, perimeter, and accesses.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe environment for all.
- Prepare and submit incident reports documenting any security violations or issues.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding security concerns.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid California Security Guard Card issued by the CA Bureau of Security and Investigative Services.
- Experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred but not required.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in emergencies.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be flexible and willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
