The primary purpose of the Security Guard is to ensure the safety of the guests, associates and property. Work Performed: The Security Guard will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments: Ensure the safety of guests, associates, and hotel property always; Perform security patrols throughout all areas of the hotel and grounds; Enforce hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a courteous, tactful and helpful demeanor; Respond immediately to emergency incidents and security requests (and escalates per protocol as appropriate); Create reports on all activities during each shift; Draft incident reports; Monitor associates entering and leaving the hotel; Collect packages received by property and inspects parcels taken from the property; Monitor the back entrance and receiving dock; Checks all personnel entering and provides information and direction upon proper identification of all job applicants, salesmen, etc.; De-escalate situations between associates...Security Guard, Security, Hotel, Associate
