Gibbon Packing, LLC an American Foods Group Company has an opportunity for a Security Guard at our Gibbon, NE plant. Essential Functions:Utilize gate houses to control access and prevent unauthorized access to buildings and property. Greet and monitor employees, visitors, vendors, and consultants granted access to buildings and property. Disarm all alarms and activate card access readers on buildings when necessary for that shift. Arm, lock and secure all buildings nightly or on company holidays when necessary for that shift. Respond to any emergency situation as called. Staff gatehouses, greeting employees, customers, visitors, and vendors, providing assistance, information and visitor parking passes in a courteous, professional manner. Maintain an active list of all temporary associates, consultants, vendors, and contractors. Patrol the surrounding premises. Assist with the cattle unloading process when necessary.
