Our client, a footwear company, is seeking a Security Guard to join their team on a temporary basis in Stratham, New Hampshire. This role is full-time hours.
Responsibilities:
- Control access to security areas through the facility via our KeyScan and CCTV system
- Create and edit employee badges through the access control system
- Enforce all property control policies, including inspections of items entering and exiting the facility
- Assist the front lobby operations when needed, including greeting all visitors, booking conference space and managing facilities requests
- Conduct tours of the facility as necessary to ensure employees, contractors and visitors follow security and parking policies
- Respond to alarms coordinating with the in-house Emergency Response Team as well as local emergency services with regard to medical, safety or security incidents
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience in the security field protecting persons and property as well as front lobby and security control center coverage
- A high school diploma
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Telephone and 2-way radio etiquette
- Some experience in electronic security equipment such as KeyScan and Milestone CCTV surveillance
- Flexibility with shift schedules as overtime may be required
- Must be able to work on site in Stratham, New Hampshire
