A Day in the Life: This position will be the first line supervisor for the Security Guard force in Estero, FL and will report directly to the Director, Physical Security in the Safety and Security Department. The salary for this opportunity is $52,000/yr. What Youll Do: Serve as the first line supervisor and corporate leader for the Security Guard force. Establish Standard Operating Procedures for the Security Guard Force; Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Create security guard roster to ensure proper coverage; Manage payroll for the hourly guard force Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address safety and security risks. Train and mentor security staff, providing guidance on best practices and emergency procedures. Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras and alarms, to detect and respond to suspicious activities.
