POSITION: Building SecurityQUALIFICATION:● Prior experience in supervision/security, preferably in an educational setting with a provenability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff and thecommunity.● Must be able to walk the building, supervisestudents, provide security and maintain a safeand appropriate educational atmosphere.● Ability to perform duties with an awareness of all school and Board of Education rules andpolicies.● Candidate must possess character and responsibility that model positive traits for students.RESPONSIBILITIES:● Walk and monitor school halls, cafeteria, monitor washroom facilities, monitor parking lots,and the school grounds in general.● Work positively with the Corporation Director of Security and other district staff.● Other duties assigned by building administration.Medical/dental/vision insurance, short term life insurance policy, retirement plan, paid time off.
