This facility is part of our Prepared Foods business unit. This position will be tasked with maintaining a safe environment for employees and authorized visitors at the facility and protecting the property and assets of Tyson Foods. The Security department runs 3 shifts and shift assignment will be determined upon job offer. Duties and Responsibilities: Checking identification of all visitors, vendors, contractors, and Team Members, allowing only authorized personnel and authorized items into the facility. Monitoring and patrolling the premises utilizing surveillance cameras, foot patrols, and vehicle patrols to identify security issues. Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment. Investigating, completing reports, and maintaining records of security issues, workplace violence, property damage, and ethics related incidents. Interviewing team members and documenting the statements of those involved in any incidents and disturbances within the facility.
