EC sources its products from premier producers.Overview of PositionThe Security Officer is the face of EC to our customers. The successful candidate should have a passion and a desire to help others along with a working knowledge of general security protocol. Strong adherence to protocol and compliance are must-haves for this role.The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the security of people and property at the dispensary. The Security Officer will assist visitors at the dispensary as they are the first point of contact upon entering. The Security Officer will consistently contribute to a positive, welcoming, and professional atmosphere. These individuals will help the dispensary team establish and maintain the highest level of security and compliance in accordance with the CRC regulations. The Security Officer will assist the General Manager (GM), Assistance General Manager (AGM), and dispensary team with any and all additional tasks as deemed appropriate and within a practical scope.Core CompetenciesTo succeed, the Security Officer must be: Passionate, Informed, Approachable, Energetic, and Trustworthy.
