Flexible Work ScheduleCompetitive Compensation Plus Toke RateGreat Employee Moral and Growth Opportunities!!ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:* Provides friendly service to every customer.* Protects company assets by adhering to Illinois gaming regulations.* Verifies jackpot payouts.* Observes money and chip transfers throughout the property.* Performs security related issues as outlined in the internal controls.* Works closely with other departments to achieve property and department goals.* Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures.* Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Harrah's and encourages others to do the same.* Completes all other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS:* 21 years of age or older required.* Valid Driver's License required.* High school diploma or equivalent required.* Updated AED and CPR certification required (Or must be obtained within your first 90-days of employment).* Security experience preferred.* Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling customer needs and concerns.* Must possess excellent customer service skills.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays and weekends.* Must be able to obtain a Level-2 Illinois Gaming Board license.* internal candidates must meet Harrah's Joliet's Transfer Eligibility Requirements.JOB DEMANDS:* Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry objects weighing up to 40 lbs.* Must be able to work in areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.* Position requires 30% standing, 10% sitting, 60% walking.* Requires some kneeling and reaching overhead.* Requires frequent bending, pushing, twisting, climbing and stooping.* Must be able to respond to touch, speech, smell, aural and visual cues.* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment involving constant public contact
