- Monitoring staff and contractor/vendor traffic Must greet everyone in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensuring sign-in and sign-out procedures are complied with appropriately.
- Answers and screens incoming calls and directs to the appropriate staff and/or area
• Security Officer is responsible for monitoring and maintaining all required security documentation, which will be provided at the beginning of the period of performance may include:
- Access and Exit Logs
- Incident Report Logs
- Inspection and Damage Reports for both vehicles and property Intervene with non-lethal, passive means in the event of an incident.
- Provide active shooter and other types of training applicable to security related practices.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:Any guard provided must have a minimum of two (2) years experience as a security officer or two (2) years experience in a branch of law enforcement or other type of protective service.The guards must be trained for and capable of handling any and all incidents in a legal and professional manner.
- Must be in complete uniform and well-groomed at all times.
- Abide by all ordinances and regulations pertaining to the Job Corps CCCs operation and secure all required licenses and permits;
- Being on time and reliable.
