Security Officer - Part Time
: Job Details :

Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of an acceptable equivalent high school diploma. Must maintain State of Florida Class D and G certifications in the State of Florida. Must have a valid Florida driver's license with an acceptable driving record. (Ability to operate/drive college vehicles to include golf carts, standard sedans, sport utility vehicles and passenger vans.) Applicants must pass verification of employment/reference screening and background check. Ability to walk considerable distance on campus, climb stairs and able to assist someone in need. Ability to sit in chair or security vehicle and stand for long periods of time on hard pavement or ground while performing security duties. Lift items used for security duties. Minimum of 15 pounds. Applicant must be willing to establish Florida residency. This position is eligible for Veteran's Preference.
