Titan Security, a leader in security guard services in Michigan, is looking for dedicated Officers to join our security team.Position: Security OfficerLocation: Caro, MichiganShift: Full-time, Days, AfternoonsCompensation: Competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancementApply today and help us maintain a secure environment where innovation thrives!ResponsibilitiesPatrol industrial or commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages.Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age.Must have a valid driver's license.High School diploma or general education degree (GED).Former experience as a mobile patrol officer.Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, and working in inclement weather.What we offer:Compensation based on qualifications, experience, and assignment, from $12.75 and up.Benefits such as PTO, 401K, and insurance options.Opportunities for career growth and promotion.Recognition and motivational awards.Skills-enhancing training.EOE/M/F/D/V#J-18808-Ljbffr
