What You'll Do: Lead and Supervise: Oversee day-to-day security services, ensuring top-notch standards. Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees, acting as the key liaison. Problem-Solving: Meet regularly with clients to address issues, provide updates, and ensure complete satisfaction. Team Development: Recruit, train, and continually develop staff to meet high-performance standards. Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with all regulations, contracts, and policies. What You Bring: Experience: Minimum one (1) year of management experience (3 years preferred), with a security management background. Education: A college degree in business or a related field is preferred but optional.
