Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Security Operations Specialist who will report directly to the Security Operations Center Manager, but takes tactical direction from Security Operations Center Lead. This opportunity is located in Columbus, OH!
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls regarding suspicious activity and/or security related events
- Create reports and maintains detailed logs of all calls and activities
- Contact relevant security and non-security colleagues to coordinate response or for assistance resolving issues
- Monitor complex alarm and surveillance systems and coordinate appropriate response
Desired Skills/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience either in an emergency call center or security experience
