We Have Been Contracted For Security Detail At Verious Wal-Marts, Conducting Parking Lot Patrol Of The Property.LOCATED IN SEBRING, FLRequirments : YOU MUSTHAVE FLORIDA CLASS D SECURITY License . YOU MUST HAVE SMART PHONEYOU MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATIONServices to Be Performed. Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel and equipment to provide the following services as required in this Addendum. (i) ParkingLot Patrol patrolling the parking lot and exterior of the Walmart facility continuously; If the specified hours of Parking Lot Patrol are less than 24 hours, park the patrol vehicle in its designated parking area during non-scheduled hours.- Patrol all areas of the parking lot including the back of the building. The parking lot patrol vehicle should never be used to chase a person or vehicle engaging in suspicious activity or to block a person or vehicle from leaving Walmart property. Parking Lot Patrol Officers shall not detain or otherwise restrain customers or persons suspected of criminal activity. (ii) Observing and immediately reporting to Walmart facility management all suspicious and/or criminal activity; as well as groups or individuals trying to solicit or distribute literature on facility premises. (iii) Submitting written reports to the Walmart facility management and the Walmart Market Asset Protection Manager of any observed and/or reported incidents; (iv) Performing services in a prompt and professional manner and when engaged by Walmart customers, referring them to Walmart facility management for assistance If the Walmart facility has an automated or technology assisted time and attendance reporting system, Contractor's security guard will check-in and check-out using that system. This may require that a phone call be placed from an authorized store telephone. Check-in is to be done immediately prior to reporting to post at the beginning of the shift. Check-out is to be done immediately upon leaving post before leaving the facility. This system may generate reports or alerts which may be sent to the corporate Risk Assessment Security Assurance Team, guard company management, and/or facility management. This system and these reports may be used by Walmart to dispute inconsistent invoices.- Contractor's security guard is required to dress in a manner that is professional yet appropriate to the job functions and facility, and must wear uniforms at all times while on duty. Clothing must fit well and be neat, clean, and without holes or ragged edges. Contractor's security guard is required to communicate in a professional manner that is open, honest.Position Summary:A Signal Patrol Officer will conduct patrols, (foot and vehicle) for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high value areas to ensure all required access points are properly secured and to ensure protection of property and residents with a high degree of attentiveness to details and safety. Responsibilities:
- Will conduct and deliver various mobile security services while operating company patrol vehicle that reflect the company's values, expectations, and consistent service in alignment with site specific instructions/post orders.
- Will write detailed and accurate reports utilizing company technology and web or app-based software during each shift that align with site instruction/post orders.
- The Ability to consistently arrive on time for shifts, clock in and out, meet time commitments, follow instruction, follow dress code and appearance standards and expectations
- Interacting with internal and external customers on site cultivating a customer service relationship striving to provide peace of mind.
- Consistently communicates with the Advanced Patrol Officer and or the Branch Patrol Supervisor to promptly report any customer or property related information and concerns.
- Will be assigned a vehicle that officer is responsible for during their shift to include fueling, washing, interior cleanliness, and inspecting.
- Responsible for the care of any Signal equipment assigned during shift including radios, access keys/cards, uniforms, and devices, etc.
- Manage daily activities while meeting key benchmarks and expectations set by the Branch Patrol Supervisor such as reporting standards and service quality.
- Consistently deescalate issues through communication in a professional and prompt manner.
- Communicate with the Branch Patrol Supervisor to receive and disseminate information through Branch Supervisor Daily Scrum, such as the client needs, route changes, and post order updates to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background check and drug test
- Must have valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
- Complete training modules within first month
- Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
- Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
