You can stand out - and thrive - here, too.About the job:Excellent customer service is always your top priority.You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.You monitor security and alarm systems, CCTV monitoring.You respond to client emailsYou dispatch officers to areas of needYou provide rapid response in critical situations.You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.Your background:You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)2-4 years prior experience working in a Supervisory Role.2-4 years hands on experience with Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, Email, typing etc.WinTeam, Kronos, or other scheduling/payroll experienceIf you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!You have a state security license, New York Security License You have CPR/AED/First Aid Certification If you want a real career opportunity where you're part of a dynamic supportive team that's dedicated to your success, check us out.
