- Do you have previous military, law enforcement, or Security guard experience? Are able to lead and assign day-to-day responsibilities to the team?
- You are an amazing multi-tasker. With experience in duties such as scheduling, performance reports, continuing in-service training, crew and program evaluation, and disciplinary action.
- You are comfortable with providing unarmed visual security services to ensure a safe environment.
- You understand the importance of maintaining a daily log and filing incident reports..
- You will abide by Washington State law and Department of Public Safety Standards and Training certification standards.
You will commit to further training, specifically in de-escalation techniques, mental health crisis response, trauma-informed care interventions, and social service safety net referrals if requested.Your background:
- You have a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous Supervisor or Management experience a must!
- You have previous Security experience.
- You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
