Job Description:
As a Security Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for understanding our clients' security needs and recommending the appropriate products and services to meet those needs. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients enhance their security posture and achieve their business objectives.RequirementsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Client Consultation
    • Engage with clients to understand their network security requirements and challenges.
    • Conduct security assessments and provide recommendations tailored to client needs.
    • Develop and present customized security solutions, including product demonstrations and assist with proof of concept.
  • Solution Design
    • Design comprehensive security solutions that integrate various vendor products and services.
    • Collaborate with vendor and internal technical teams to ensure the proposed solutions are feasible and effective.
    • Prepare detailed proposals and documentation outlining the solution, benefits, and implementation plan.
  • Sales Support
    • Assist the sales team with technical expertise during the sales process.
    • Provide training and support to sales representatives on security products and services.
    • Participate in client meetings and calls to address technical questions and concerns.
  • Product Expertise
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of network security products, services, and industry trends.
    • Conduct research to stay informed about emerging security threats and solutions.
    • Develop and deliver informational materials for clients and internal teams.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
    • Provide ongoing support to client's post-implementation to ensure the success of security solutions and services.
    • Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings, services, and client experience.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:Education/Training/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in network security, cybersecurity, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of network security products and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
Additional Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Ability to understand and participate in technology sourcing, and service go-to-market models.
  • Solutions-oriented individual.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Strong sales acumen.
