Location: Prefer candidates located in (or open to) Boca Raton, FL, or California. Exceptional candidates across the US will be fully considered. Some travel will be required.

Are you a security professional passionate about driving growth and streamlining business operations? If so, Crisis24 PSG is looking for you. As a Security Solutions Director, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of our sales, marketing, and customer success efforts. This cross-functional role requires analytical skills, security and technological expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of consulting and customer success principles.

In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and professionalizing our group's client advisory and business development functions. This will include supporting VPs leading these efforts, building strong client relationships, and presenting our top-notch security solutions to those who can benefit. Your work will make a meaningful impact by supporting Crisis24's mission of helping people and organizations operate confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline and enhance processes across sales, marketing, and client service.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze customer service data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve new client engagement rates and improve client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report key business success metrics to the executive team.
  • Train and support operations, business development, and marketing teams in effectively using technology and processes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for tracking performance.
  • Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Maintain a repository of process documentation and best practices.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Skills and Abilities:

  • Security industry expertise and experience preferred.
  • Network of security and risk management contacts preferred.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and revenue management software.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Influential leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics and KPIs.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
  • Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in security consulting/sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and process improvements.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other revenue technology platforms (Salesforce preferred).
