SECURITY SPECIALIST
: Job Details :

To protect Army and Air National Guard installations, military personnel, civilians and property against all hazards and threats of trespass, theft, fire, espionage, sabotage and damage; to provide base defense by patrolling on foot, or in a patrol vehicle in accordance with command standard operating procedures to maintain security, law and order, and to do related work as required. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Works under the general supervision of a superior security forces member, from whom assignments and instructions are received in detail or in outline form; work may be reviewed during shift assignments and upon shift completion for efficiency and methods of performance. SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Usually none.
