Massanutten ResortJob SummaryThe ideal candidate will supervise and coordinates the daily security operations to ensure safety and security job responsibilities are accomplished for the protection of the organization. The ideal candidate will provide asset protection for the organization and assist with special projects, inspections and general investigations. Candidate provides and supports training of the security staff by observation, instruction and coaching.   • Provide leadership and training to Field Security operations staff
  • Perform supervisory and Field Security Officer duties
  • Ensure that all shift/daily work is complete and turned in at end of shift
  • Provide for a safe, secure environment by enforcing policies and procedures that protect people, property and assets
  • Maintain a high awareness of the surrounding, report and react to abnormalities found during physical tour and inspections of the interior and exterior of any company property
  • Liaison between Security operations and Resort departments to ensure effective communication
  • Respond to calls of service, incidents and accidents
  • Conduct general reporting, investigations and evidence preservation
  • Perform property safety and security equipment inspections
  • Interface with outside agencies (Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS) and vendors
  • Other duties as assigned by management
