The Department of Medicine at Northwell Health is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Physicians to join our Hospitalist Program. This is an exciting time to join the Hospital Medicine Division team as we continue to develop and grow our quality of care for the patients we seek to serve at Northwell Health. Huntington Hospital
Huntington Hospital is a full-service, 371-bed, nonprofit hospital serving Huntington Township and the surrounding communities. Much more than just a community hospital, we are the only one in Suffolk County-and one of only two on Long Island-to be recognized as a 5-star hospital by the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare services (CMS). Long Island Jewish Medical Center
A cornerstone of Northwell Health, Long Island Jewish Medical Center is a nonprofit tertiary care teaching hospital serving the greater metropolitan New York area. We focus on the complete care of every patient, with a compassionate and collaborative approach to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Long Island Jewish Medical Center has flourished since its beginnings in 1954, as we have expanded and improved to meet the needs of our increasingly diverse communities. Mather Hospital
Mather Hospital, a member of Northwell Health, is an accredited 248-bed, non-profit community teaching hospital. Founded in 1929 as the first general hospital in the Town of Brookhaven, Mather Hospital has consistently fulfilled its original patient care mission of providing a wide spectrum of healthcare services of the highest quality to the residents of Suffolk County and has repeatedly ranked in U.S. News & World Report's annual Best Hospitals list as among the best in both New York State and the New York metro area.
South Shore University Hospital
South Shore University Hospital, formerly known as Southside Hospital, is a 341-bed tertiary care hospital that is a major referral center for Suffolk County, Long Island. Centers of excellence include cardiology and cardiac surgery, neurosciences, women's health and pulmonary. It has multiple specialty ICUs including medical, surgical, cardiothoracic and neuro. There are multiple residency programs within the hospital as well including internal medicine, surgery, ER and OB/Gyn. Located 30 miles east of NYC and near some of the best beach in the US, the area has a lot to offer.
