Qualifications:

• Current Property & Casualty License
• Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales, with a focus on results.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and market dynamics.
