Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Director/VP, Product Management of Servicing for our Seen Credit Card. This position will report to the President of Seen. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background with a proven track record in successfully defining and delivering digital experiences for customers in credit card space. Post origination servicing is the key differentiator for Seen's credit program, and this position will have the opportunity and responsibility to drive the strategy from an early stage to an industry leading position.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product plans, strategies and tactics for post origination customer journeys to drive increase customer satisfaction, higher self-service rate and increase customer retention.
  • Build a team of individual contributors setting strategy and providing direction and leadership.
  • Leads research, analysis and evaluates performance metrics to drive recommendations for product improvements.
  • Responsible for card activation, engagement, payments, statements, rewards management, customer communication, credit reporting, disputes platform, agent facing platforms and more.
  • Champion Customer Experience in Seen by working with Operation and Product Development functions to drive increase Customer Satisfaction Scores.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align servicing objectives with overall business goals and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital touchpoints.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI to assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless execution of day-to-day operations and maximize return on investment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to contribute to the overall business strategy to build Seen as the market leaders in the sub-prime lending space.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Product management in a Financial Institute, Bank, Credit Card Processor, Card Issuing Platform company.
  • 5+ years of direct management of a team.
  • Demonstrated history in providing thought and strategic leadership and build high performing product teams.
  • Possess expert knowledge of applicable product related regulations and, risk and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of federal laws, rules, and regulations to include: TILA/REG Z, SCRA/MLA, Reg B, FCRA, UDAAP.
