Providing segment domain focused SME support for key customer implementations globally. The role includes the creation and scaling of implementation best practices globally across PTC, PTC's partners, and customers as a member of the governing body of the segment Community of Practice.Responsibilities:Drive Implementation Services Attachment: Support BSMs on pre-sales opportunities.Advisory Services: Provide advisory services and mentorship for PTC partners when requested by DTAS.Field Readiness and Continuous Improvement: Segment Hub Interlock support: Segment NPI process, technical enablement, partner hub, and field feedback.Best Practice Development and Scale: Provide segment specific, implementation subject matter expertise to Service Offer Management and Technical Enablement teams.Implementation Frameworks & Accelerators: Recommend the required frameworks, best practices, and accelerators to efficiently implement the product then work with Service Offer Management (SOM) to build the offerings.Partner Support: Develop other needed documentation to support partners.Cross-functional Collaboration: Provide segment specific subject matter expertise in cross functional initiatives.Community of Practice Evangelism: Share segment/industry specific expertise throughout technical community of practice, DTAS, and Service Partners.Customer Escalation Support: Act as an advisor on escalated accounts.Qualifications:8+ years of deploying PTC technology/implementation experience.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong domain experience in , deep understanding of PTC's products and implementation services.Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with customers and internal teams.Proven track record of successful customer deployments.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Life at PTC is about more than working with today's most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
