Exceptional Family Resources is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work in the Baldwinsville area with a young boy providing respite services. He enjoys being active and has memberships to various locales within his community. Respite services can either be provided in the home or out in the community, depending on schedule and local events/activities.
We are looking for individuals who are dependable and enthusiastic; prior experience in the field is a plus. Reliable transportation is required and a driver's license required. Specific training to this individual will be provided by the family with ongoing support provided by the agency supervisor.
Hiring for after-school hours, Tuesday and Friday starting at 3:30 for 3 to 4 hours. Provider schedule can be flexible. The payrate is $22/hr with reimbursement for mileage and the staff's fees for participation in any activities. EFR is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
All new hires must complete a five hour initial training. The pay rate for the initial training is $16.50/hour.
