Self-Scheduling Certified Nurse Aides - Westmoreland ManorWestmoreland Manor is looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Certified Nurse Aides! As an employee with us, you will be part of a large, dedicated staff devoted to caring for residents in a County-owned facility. We are seeking applicants able to succeed in a fast-paced environment and multi-task!Self-Scheduling employees will be required to work a minimum of 72 hours per month, with a minimum of 24 worked on off-shifts (3p.m. -11 p.m. and 11 p.m.-7a.m) and 24 hours being worked on weekends (7p Friday - 7am Monday) per month. Hours not to exceed 1,000 in one calendar year or 32 in one week.Self-Scheduling employees will be given a schedule during orientation. After orientation, employees must submit a monthly schedule of availability to the Staffing Coordinator for approval. This position provides the opportunity for successful candidates to have a flexible schedule and competitive pay rate!First Shift 2nd, 3rd, & Weekends* Self Scheduling Nurse Aide: $31.82/hr. $36.87/hr.No vacation, personal, or sick time will be accrued. No retirement plan offered. Self-Scheduling employees will not be eligible for shift differential, meal allowance, holiday pay, or health insurance.
