The company name will be kept confidential to protect against competitive insights.Job Description:We are seeking a Selling Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts while actively contributing to revenue generation. This is a unique opportunity for a proven sales leader who excels in both managing a team and driving their own sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be a high achiever who has consistently hit Presidents Club targets and is skilled in developing and mentoring recruiting teams to achieve their maximum potential.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and grow a high-performing sales team, with a focus on mentoring and developing recruitment staff.Drive individual sales efforts, maintaining a personal book of business while expanding our client base.Oversee the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing deals, delivering staffing solutions to clients across a variety of industries.Work closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful client-candidate matches and maintain high service standards.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, identifying new market opportunities and building strong client relationships.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales and recruiting efforts.Set performance metrics for sales and recruiting staff, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.Qualifications:Proven track record in sales within the staffing industry, with a demonstrated history of hitting or exceeding Presidents Club targets.Minimum of 5 years of experience in staffing or talent acquisition.At least 2 years of experience in a sales management role, with a focus on both individual contribution and team development.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to develop, motivate, and mentor a team of recruiters, driving both individual and team success.Excellent prospecting and client relationship management skills.Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is a plus.Ability to work in Washington, D.C. area.What We Offer:Competitive base salary up to $120k with uncapped commission potential.Career advancement opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization.Dynamic, team-oriented work environment with a strong emphasis on professional development.Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401k.
