STATEMENT OF WORK:
Gomez Construction Company is looking for a job site semi-skilled labor for our Orlando International Airport (OIA) location. We are a continuing services contractor and have a long-term presence at OIA. If you are looking for a hands-on, long-term, full-time position in construction, this is it.
The following is a partial list of the primary tasks of the semi-skilled labor:
1. Safety – Wear the appropriate safety equipment for construction.
2. Simple drywall and framing.
3. Assist pouring concrete.
4. Escort subcontractors in and around the airport.
5. Use basic construction tools.
6. Work well with others.
7. Badges/security-ensure all security and badging requirement are met.
