Semiconductor Fabrication Operator Performs wafer fabrication functions in the production of semiconductor devices. Operates equipment in performing alignment, masking, etc and diffusion. In senior and highly skilled levels, performs equipment set-up and calibration, and may perform routine preventative maintenance tasks. - Process 200mm wafer thorough Lithography, Deposition, and Etch processes
- Familiarity with operation of metrology equipment requiring analysis of data
- Maintain detailed records such as SPC charts & data entry for Products and Equipment
- Ability to work in an ISO Class 6 cleanroom and familiar with 6S principles
- Understand clean room protocol and familiarity with handling chemicals.
- Schedule and coordinate WIP for efficient movement of Production and Engineering priorities
- Follow instructions on paper and digital Travelers
- Inspect and disposition nonconforming product
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school education or equivalent
- Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, can stand for 3-5 hours or sit for 4-8 hours per shift, steady hands.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and able to read and write using the English language.
- Must be a US Citizen or have Permanent Resident Status
