What You'll Do
* 70% - Development of Sales Strategy, Prospecting and Outreach
* Work closely with Sales Director providing daily support on prospecting, sales strategy, client communication and partnership management.
* Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Creative, Events, Properties, Strategy and Measurement to develop creative activation opportunities and strategic proposals for client pitches and RFP responses, managing submissions in a timely manner.
* Assist in ongoing management of relationships with HS&E Property and IP partners
* Lead cold and warm prospecting and client outreach across several key categories, assisting Sales Director on Sales Pipeline development and management
* Compile research ahead of prospective client meetings and organize findings into briefs/ executive summaries to aid Sales Director in preparation.
* Work with Internal HS&E Property teams on evaluation/media plan development
* 30% - Execution and Client Mangement
* Scheduling and managing recurring status meetings with client/agencies
* Coordinating meeting agenda development
* Note-taking/ recap notes
* Collaborating with internal and external teams on execution and fulfillment
* Spec doc development/ asset management
* Creative support & requests
* Management of broadcast assets & execution with HS&E Broadcast partners
* Experiential Activation
* Concept development & pitching
* Budget coordination
* Execution
* In-venue asset management & execution - working closely with HS&E venue partners
* Digital/ social
* Social posting (working closely with HS&E Social and creative teams)
* Hospitality
* Ticket management internally and with brand partners
* Developing regular touchpoints with client to ensure all assets and deliverables are pacing for delivery and identifying opportunities for optimization
* Developing comprehensive post-campaign evaluations and partnership recaps to support renewal conversations

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferably in Sports Management, Business, or Marketing.
* 3+ years of similar or related experience sales experience in media & sponsorship/corporate partnerships.
* Must have strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

Salary Range
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00
A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
