This person will be part of the sales team and will be responsible for leading the development and execution of sales plans and strategies.Key Responsibilities:Develop new business opportunities by prospecting within a designated territory.Manage and develop existing customer relationships.Create and maintain a sales pipeline to maximize business opportunities.Prepare sales presentations to potential customers and build relationships with key decision makers.Manage and track sales activities utilizing our CRM system.Attend industry events to identify new business opportunities.Work closely with marketing to develop sales campaigns and strategies.Qualifications:5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the commercial flooring industry.Strong understanding of commercial flooring products and services.Ability to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM systems.Benefits- Salary range: $75K-$125K- Total OTE: $125K-$250K- Medical- Vision- Dental- 401K- Flexible schedule- Car allowance- Paid business expensesApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred SkillsCommercial FlooringProspectingBusiness DevelopmentTerritory Sales
