In this role, you'll serve as a strategic advisor to various client groups, developing and delivering cost-effective benefits solutions, leading enrollment initiatives, and fostering relationships within a diverse client portfolio. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating both interpersonal skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.Key Responsibilities Client Management: Proactively manage a full book of Employee Benefits accounts, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.Relationship Building: Establish and maintain constructive relationships with clients by exceeding expectations and delivering high-quality service.Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, internal teams, and insurance carriers/vendors.Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to achieve competitive pricing, funding, and plan design options for clients.Renewal and RFP Management: Oversee the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.Open Enrollment Support: Prepare annual Open Enrollment communications and materials for clients' employee populations.Education and Experience Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Employee Benefits industry.Valid State Life, Accident, and Health Broker's license.Demonstrated knowledge of financial underwriting, self-insurance (Medical/Rx), and alternative funding programs such as captives and reference-based pricing (RBP).Key Skills and Knowledge Industry Expertise: Extensive experience servicing Employee Benefits accounts in high-demand sectors such as engineering, pharmaceuticals, and biotech.Growth Orientation: Proven track record of growing revenue from existing clients and contributing to new client acquisitions.Technical Competence: Proficient in designing benefit guides, implementing self-funded medical plans, and project managing benefits administration implementations.Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of financial aspects and ability to analyze market trends for effective client guidance.Compensation Base Salary: Up to $150K, commensurate with experience and expertise.Additional Requirements Diverse skill set, including the ability to manage a broad range of client needs, from benefit guide preparation to implementation of complex, self-funded medical plans.This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise within a leading brokerage and risk management firm, working with prominent clients and offering strategic benefits solutions in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.If interested, please send your resume to ...@cesfl.com.#J-18808-Ljbffr
