Would you like to own driving the revenue for a leader in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) with State government customers? Would you like to be part of a team focused on increasing awareness and adoption of CCaaS? Do you have the business acumen, relationships, government sales experience, and the technical background necessary to help further establish Genesys as the leading Software as a Service platform? As a Genesys Senior Account Executive, you'll have the opportunity to help drive the adoption and growth of emerging cloud-based technologies that allow the government to communicate with constituents and employees more effectively. You will be expected to establish deep business and technical relationships through your knowledge of the state's goals and the environment – including the funding and legislative processes. You will have day-to-day interactions with customers and our eco-system of partners (Carriers, SI's, and ISVs) that support these customers.
In this role, you will:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$94,800.00 – $186,000.00
