We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Sales team responsible for establishing and developing relationships with brands and agencies across TV advertisers. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for problem solving and is seeking a role with direct impact on the short and long-term success of our clients' businesses. Excellent communication and analytical skills are critical. The individual needs to be able to break down complex data-driven solutions with simplicity. Responsibilities • As an experienced sales person, with direct sales experience and an established relationship base and/or roster of client marketing decision makers, you will be responsible for positioning and selling Data-driven linear and CTV to television advertisers and their agencies, meeting and hopefully exceeding quarterly and annual revenue goals. • Identify and present the benefits of the Why versus the How of using Simulmedia's offerings to senior client and agency stakeholders. • Regularly contact, prospect for, and develop new business accounts. • Communicate with sales management regularly on account progress. • Consult with agency and client contacts to harness the tools and resources of Simulmedia to exceed their needs for premium video advertising ultimately driving scaled renewals • Attend relevant trade shows and conferences with our team representing Simulmedia. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience working in a national TV sales division, CTV sales group, or advertising agency with familiarity in media buying and advertising technology platforms • Experience engaging with client direct marketing contacts and agency partners • Data-driven advertising media sales, preferably video, connecting client/agency needs with strategic target audience reach to accelerate business outcomes • Established relationships with key decision makers at direct-to-consumer advertisers and their ad agencies highly desirable • Confident selling to senior decision makers independently • Proven success growing and renewing accounts • Self-motivated, outgoing, organized, efficient, team player and strategic thinker • Genuine intellectual curiosity when analyzing data to develop a better understanding of a subject or concept related to media/advertising and our clients' businesses • Strong social engineering skills • Comfortable and successful in presenting to mid- and large-size audiences • Experience with programmatic CTV advertising opportunities is a plus We're required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances of each case, but a reasonable estimate of the current base range for this role is $110,000 - $145,000. Note that this range is specific to national metro areas and that offers take into account a wide variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skill, qualifications, accomplishments, experience, credentials, and business needs.
