The Senior Account Executive will directly report to the Senior Director of Sales and Merchandising, US Wholesale.
They will manage Select Major US wholesale Department Stores and Value channel accounts as a business owner driving to growth and profitability. They will lead with integrity, be curious, exhibit bias for action, and strive to continuously build trust with cross functional counterparts, as well as their retail partners. They will be responsible for seeking out new business within current matrices and growth avenues through new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Major Department Stores and value channel accounts
- Net sales performance for accounts - OTB experience a must
- Accountability to sales and margin targets
- Building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships

Qualifications:
- 7-10 years managing better department stores with experience working on Dillards, Macys, or Nordstrom
- Value channel experience a plus
- Previous merchandising and product development experience a plus
- Proficient in retail analytics and merchandising OTB knowledge and retail math skills a must
- MS Office Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Word integral
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High product taste level
- Someone who understands Sportswear and Tailored Clothing and has a willingness to learn about new businesses over time
- Travel up to 30% - Trade show experience and a willingness to learn and absorb new businesses over time a must
- A Hustle mentality with a can-do attitude and a large bandwidth for multi-tasking and multiple accounts
- Must be willing to roll up their sleeves and be comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- Digital Experience a plus
Requirements & EEO Statement: The salary range for this position is $130-$140k annually. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to position offered and work experience.
