Perform month-end closing procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.2. Manage deferred revenue, billings, collections, etc.3. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.4. Collaborate with the team to prepare budgets and forecasts.5. Maintain the general ledger, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.6. Prepare and submit regular financial reports, providing ad hoc reports as needed.7. Ensure compliance with US GAAP, ASC 606, and other relevant accounting standards.8. Manage accounts receivable and payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.9. Work closely with the audit team during internal and external audits.10. Assist in the procurement process, evaluating suppliers and negotiating contracts.11. Perform account reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.12. Utilize ERP and CRM systems, particularly NetSuite and Salesforce, to streamline financial operations.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2.
