- Review of investment and transaction related documentation
- Assist in the coordination of the successful completion of investments
- Maintain and review all records and files pertaining to investment activity
- Ensure proper process and recording of investment transactions
- Assist with the incorporation and/or dissolution of holding companies in multi-jurisdictional structures
- Review of payment instructions and holding company related bank and custody accounts/statements
- Assist in bank and custody account openings
Requirements
- Master s degree in accounting or tax
- 3-5 years of related experience
- CPA a plus
- Knowledge of Alternative Investment Vehicles and foreign investment structures
Salary Range$100,000-$120,000
