This position requires expertise in managing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, working closely with banks, and ensuring compliance with industry-specific financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience within the healthcare industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial processes and reporting. Responsibilities:Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to management, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
General Ledger Management:
- Oversee and manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and adjustments.
- Ensure accurate and timely closing of the general ledger at month-end, quarter-end, and year-end.
Banking and Cash Management:
- Manage and maintain relationships with banking partners, ensuring smooth transactions and effective communication.
- Oversee daily cash management, including cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, and funds transfers.
- Assist in the negotiation of banking terms, credit lines, and other financial agreements.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
