Job DetailsWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. As a permanent member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to our organization. You will be working closely with the Finance Director to ensure that our financial goals are met and that we are making informed business decisions.Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including variance analysis and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Participate in the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing support to budget owners
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for improvement
- Continuously improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, financial analysis, and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with forecasting, variance drivers, planning and performance is a plus
