The salary is $100,000-$125,000, which may be negotiable, plus a 10-15% bonus.

Job Description:

The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in guiding the financial strategies of the company.

This position involves both hands-on financial management and participating in broader business decisions to support expansion and operational excellence.

The Senior Accountant will oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, and financial reporting.

This role will also engage in strategic planning with the Board of Directors and contribute to KPI management and performance evaluation across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting system entries, account mapping, and financial audits.
  • Oversee the closing of books monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Assist with treasury functions such as managing receivables and payables.
  • Develop and refine forecasting models and budget management processes.
  • Cultivate and maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to support business needs.
  • Work closely with the Board of Directors, providing financial insights and participating in strategic decisions.
  • Implement and oversee an equity incentive program to motivate and reward employees.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in finance.
  • CPA is a plus.
  • Experience in creating and managing depreciation schedules and handling financial aspects of rental models is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills and the capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with the CEO and interacting effectively with stakeholders.
