Looking for a account manager/ senior accountant to Manages, plans, organizes and evaluates the staff and activities of department. Prepares monthly internal financial statements, maintains general ledger, provides account analysis, and maintains records for various entities. Oversees day-to-day general accounting activities.

salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

? Interacts with outside auditors, accountants and consultants.

? Provides information and explanations to outside auditors, accountants

facilitating the compilation and review process and tax return

preparation.

? Responsible for Foreign cost spreadsheets and standard cost updates.

? Researches and reports gross margin discrepancies.

? Assists in monthly, quarterly and annual bonus calculations.

? Responsible for all out-going wire approvals and ACH backup.

? Backup for payroll processing and daily cash reporting.

? Performs additional related duties and/or projects as required.
