Senior Accounting Analyst

Pride Health is hiring a Sr Accounting Analyst to support our client's medical facility based in Farmington, CT, This is a 4-month contract with the possibility of an extension with competitive pay and benefits and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! This is a Hybrid Opportunity.

Location – Farmington, CT

Length of Assignment – 4 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Pay Range - $40 - $45 an hour

The successful candidate will work alongside existing staff to support and enhance various accounting/finance applications such as PeopleSoft, SAP Concur, and Service Now. This role involves activities including system configuration, testing, training, data mining, reporting, customer support, error solutioning, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to configure and manage ERP systems, specifically PeopleSoft, SAP Concur, and other related applications.
• Provide level 1-3 customer support for ERP systems, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions as needed.
• Assist in system testing, training, and ensuring smooth application operations.
• Conduct data mining and generate reports for analysis, while ensuring accurate and timely completion.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of policies and procedures related to finance and accounting applications.
• Support ongoing enhancements and optimizations of the systems based on user feedback and business needs.
• Manage concurrent tasks and prioritize activities effectively to meet deadlines.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3-5 years working directly with ERP systems.
• Strong background in accounting and reporting processes, with an ability to apply this knowledge to system configuration and user support.
• Experience with SAP Concur, Oracle PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, or similar ERP systems.

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP Concur and Oracle PeopleSoft.
• Familiarity with Finance and Supply Chain ERP systems.
• Experience with SQL and VBA programming is a plus.
• Proficient in MS365, Smartsheet's, and reporting tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
