Job Description:

ICONIQ Capital is seeking to hire an experienced Fund Accountant to join our Fund Accounting team based in New York City. The candidate will report directly to the Assistant Controller of Fund Accounting, and as a member of the Fund Accounting team would be supporting the investing, administration and operations of our funds, co-investments, and SPVs for a large number of strategies. Principal Responsibilities: Assist in the day to day activities of the accounting & finance function, including accounting, tax, financial reporting, data analysis for ICONIQ managed funds Assist in the month end close process and review of monthly/quarterly NAVs Review and monitor fund expense accruals Support other FO Finance team members in managing the year end audit and tax process Assist with the review of annual audited financial statements Assist with the review of investor tax reporting, including K-1s. Work with fund operations team to execute capital calls and distributions, including reviewing carried interest waterfalls when applicable Support investment valuation team with review of quarterly valuations, including reviewing all portfolio company valuation models for accuracy, completeness, and consistency Aid in regulatory reporting such as Form PF and Form ADV Qualifications: CPA preferred 4 years of Accounting experience in Public Accounting and/or with a Hedge Fund, Private Equity/Venture, Capital firm or Fund Administrator. Experience with Addepar, Investran or other Portfolio Management Accounting System. Experience with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management a plus. Strong Excel skills (construction of pivot tables, and use of VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs and similar formulas). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills (must communicate effectively with internal and external parties, across various levels of seniority). Self-starter and highly motivated. Organized and detail oriented. Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree and a solid academic background Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York City office in accordance with our hybrid working policy. Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, together with other compensation being offered such as a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $105,000-$120,000 together with a discretionary bonus, health insurance, paid time off, 401k participation with a company matching program, wellness stipend, personal education allowance as well as a commuter benefits program.
