A day in the life.
As our Senior Administrative Assistant, you'll provide direct senior level administrative and operational support to office leadership and other office colleagues. Your expert level Microsoft Office skills will be essential in preparing and editing correspondence, presentations and proposals using Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. You will coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses, as well as preparing and managing meetings, including but not limited to arranging meeting space, meals, and supplies and set up/break down, as needed.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
* Three (3) to Five (5) years as a Senior or Executive level Administration Assistant
* Advanced-level proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
* Demonstrated advanced skills in project management and word processing.
* Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
* Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) preferred.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent administrative experience preferred.
