The position is 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday the start time will be determined at time of interview (but most likely starting 8 or 8:30 am). The job duties include the following;
- Answer phones/take messages/forward/transferring to appropriate staff
- Coordinating, scheduling, and tracking meetings for Quality Management and Staff Development
- Creating and maintaining meeting schedules for Director Quality Management
- Meeting minutes
- Distributing incoming correspondence, daily
- Maintaining filing cabinets of confidential material
- Purging files annually
- Maintaining time off calendar for Quality Management
- Placing supply orders and work orders
- Management of employee evaluations
- Back up for Risk Management, Staff Development and HIM Admin tasks
- Survey Readiness and survey coordination
- Policy Maintenance
